So winter break is here, and I'm excited. While I do plan on giving myself a week to rest I've got a lot of things planned for the next two weeks when it comes to art related items. A lot of them are for future things.

Project 1; Bowling for Soup has asked me to design their new 2010 Bobble Heads. I know what you are thinking, what a random request. I think I can knock all four band members in two days. Its only four band members with four (kind of 3 1/2) poses each. If I do two on Saturday and two on Sunday; I'll have them done well uh Sunday. I will pose up the designs probably after the bobble heads are done just to be safe.

Project 2; ALOHA, Plush, is my big animation project for next quarter. Its a love story between the sticky foot cat toys that you put in the back of a cars and the hula girl on the dashboard. I talked to my instructor about next quarter for Intermediate 2D Animation. So during the break (which I've started already) I'm designing the characters, doing the script and doing the story boards for it. That way when I get back to school I can easily just start on the animation. That'd give me three months to do a 3 minute cartoon.

Project 3; Renzetti High (Tentative Title), is a Web Series Christopher Perkins, Jason Luzador, and myself are working on. We're hoping for a season of 10 to 12 episodes to be aired some time next year. We'll release each episode a month from each other with a small skit with the character every other 2 weeks.

Renzetti High is a modified version of my high school, with character loosely based off people I know. The main plot is that Door-Matt a senior in high school is ready to get out of his senior year in till a girl he nick-names Bink walks into his life. Now he has given himself a year (his last of high school) to get with the girl. The show will focus on sexuality of Bink, the self image of Matt, and will have a whole cast of characters.

Project 4; I want to do a big One Piece fan art. One Piece is my favorite Japanese comic. I want to do a "color spread" painting thing of the main characters Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Tony Tony Chopper, Nico Robin, Franky, and Brook around a summer campfire. I figure they'd be enjoying s'mores and weenies, and enjoying the fire on a cold summer night. I have the idea in my head, just need to transfer it to paper.

Project 5; As mention before I might be the new illustrator for the graphic novel being written by David Hurley called Have Way Heroes. I want to do some kind of page to simulate what to show Davide what I would do with the comic. Most likely this page will be a fart joke.
